Before You Read the Legal Part
Most Terms and Conditions pages are written by lawyers for other lawyers. This one is written by the person who runs this blog — for the people who actually read it.
The short version: everything on Blogenxia is my honest personal experience with Korean skincare products. You are welcome to read, share, and learn from it. You are not welcome to copy it and publish it as your own. Nothing here is medical advice. Use the site at your own discretion and common sense.
The longer version is below. It is worth reading — especially the parts about affiliate links, content accuracy, and what happens if something on this site doesn’t work out the way you hoped.
Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to everyone who visits Blogenxia.com — whether you are reading a single article, browsing product reviews, leaving a comment, or using this site regularly as part of building your skincare routine.
By using this website you are agreeing to these terms. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, the straightforward solution is to stop using the site. I am not trying to catch anyone out — these terms exist to set clear expectations on both sides.
The Content on This Site
Everything published on Blogenxia — the reviews, guides, routines, ingredient breakdowns, product comparisons — is based on my genuine personal experience. I test products on my own skin over weeks and months before writing about them. I have no arrangement with any brand that requires me to publish positive reviews, and I have no team of writers producing content I haven’t personally verified.
That said, there are a few things I need to be transparent about:
I am not a dermatologist. Everything on this site is personal experience and independent research, not professional skincare advice. I write from the perspective of someone who got deeply interested in Korean skincare, made a lot of mistakes, figured out what worked, and documented it honestly. That perspective has real value — but it is not the same as a qualified medical professional assessing your specific skin situation. If you have a genuine skin condition, persistent reactions, or anything that concerns you medically, please see a dermatologist.
Results vary. I write about what happened on my skin after specific products used in specific ways over specific periods of time. Your skin is different. Your water, climate, hormones, diet, and the other products in your routine interact with anything new you introduce. I try to flag where I know results are particularly variable — but the general principle applies to everything here.
Information changes. Product formulas get updated. Prices fluctuate. Items go out of stock. Brands occasionally discontinue their best products without warning. I update articles when I become aware of significant changes but I cannot guarantee that every detail across every article on this site reflects the current state of a product at the exact moment you read it. Always check current details directly on Amazon or the brand’s website before purchasing.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
Every article, guide, review, and piece of original writing published on Blogenxia.com belongs to Ghulam Mujtaba. This includes the structure, editorial voice, and original analysis in every piece — not just the specific sentences.
You are welcome to:
- Read and share links to any article on this site
- Quote short sections — a sentence or two — with clear credit and a link back to the original article
- Reference ideas or recommendations from this site in your own original writing, provided you are not reproducing the writing itself
You are not welcome to:
- Copy full articles or substantial portions of articles and publish them elsewhere
- Reproduce content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission
- Scrape, republish, or redistribute this site’s content through automated tools or manual copying
- Present this site’s writing as your own work in any format
If you want to use content from this site in a way that isn’t covered by the above — reach out and ask. Most reasonable requests get a reasonable response.
Product images used in reviews belong to their respective brands and manufacturers. They are used here for informational and review purposes. If you are a brand representative with a concern about how your product imagery appears on this site, contact me directly at contact@blogenxia.com and I will address it promptly.
Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships
Blogenxia participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Some links on this site are affiliate links — if you click one and make a purchase, I earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. The price you pay on Amazon is identical whether you arrived through this site or searched directly.
This is how the blog covers its running costs. It does not influence what gets recommended or how products get reviewed. Products I’ve tested and found disappointing get honest reviews regardless of whether I have an affiliate link for them. Products I recommend are ones I’d recommend whether or not a commission existed.
At the time of writing, Blogenxia has no paid brand partnerships, no sponsored content arrangements, and no relationships with skincare companies that influence editorial decisions. If that changes, any financial relationship that could affect coverage will be disclosed clearly at the top of the relevant content before publication.
Comments and User Submissions
Blogenxia allows readers to leave comments on articles. A few straightforward rules apply:
Comments that are spam, promotional, abusive, or completely off-topic will be removed without notice. This is not about suppressing disagreement — I’m genuinely interested in readers who have had different experiences with products I’ve reviewed. It is about keeping the comments section useful rather than filling it with noise.
When you leave a comment you are giving permission for that comment to be published on the site and remain there indefinitely. I don’t sell or share commenter data. The privacy policy covers exactly how comment data is handled.
I reserve the right to edit comments for clarity or remove them entirely if they violate these basic standards. If your comment was removed and you think that was a mistake, email me — I’m not unreasonable about it.
External Links
Some articles link out to external websites — Amazon product pages, brand sites, ingredient databases, dermatology resources, and other references. These links exist because I found the destinations genuinely useful at the time of writing.
Blogenxia has no control over what happens on external websites after you follow a link. Content changes, policies change, and sites go down. Linking to an external resource is not an ongoing endorsement of everything that site contains or does. Once you leave this site, the terms and privacy policies of wherever you land apply.
Limitation of Liability
I run this blog carefully and honestly. But I cannot be held responsible for outcomes that result from using information published here.
Specifically: if you purchase a product based on a recommendation on this site and it doesn’t work for your skin, causes a reaction, or simply disappoints you — that is not something I can be liable for. Skincare is personal. I document my own results as accurately as I can and flag known variables, but I cannot predict how any product will interact with your specific skin.
If you follow a routine described on this site and experience an adverse reaction — stop using the product immediately and consult a dermatologist. Do not continue a routine that is clearly irritating your skin because a blog post suggested it might work.
The information on this site is provided in good faith for general informational purposes. It carries no warranty — explicit or implied — about fitness for any specific purpose or guaranteed outcomes.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect how the site operates or changes in applicable standards. The date at the top of this page will always show when it was last updated. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
Continuing to use the site after terms are updated means you accept the revised version. If you check back here periodically — which you probably don’t, and that is fine — you will always find the current version.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which this site operates. Any disputes relating to these terms or the use of this site will be handled under those laws.

I would rather answer a question than have someone proceed on a misunderstanding of what these terms allow.
